I am a seventh generation Mexican curandera. As a child I felt a deep curiosity about the unseen and the unspoken. That curiosity later became the foundation of my healing work.

I was always the odd kid and never quite fit in. Growing up in Colorado in the 1980s and 1990s, we did not have much exposure to Eastern traditions, but curanderismo was alive in my home.

I watched my grandfather light a newspaper cone and place the tip inside a client’s ear. I saw him perform sobadas and use prayer to heal. I learned so much from him and from his mother, my great-grandmother, who prayed constantly. She lived to be 107 years old.

My father, a sobador and hierbero, had a friend from Portugal who practiced acupuncture. I would watch in awe as he worked. These early impressions planted the seeds of my path.

I was born in 1981 in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico, a city that in the early 2000s was known as one of the most dangerous places in the world. Sadly Ciudad Juarez is known for Femicide, drug cartels and violence.

My family immigrated to Denver, Colorado when I was three, and that is where I grew up and spent most of my adult life.

My father wanted to give us a decent life in the United States, but he took shortcuts and sold drugs to support the family. One of my earliest memories is of the scale on the kitchen table. Even as a child I knew it felt wrong. It brought shame and fear because our home was often filled with his clients.

Although my parents were loving and did their best, everything changed when I was thirteen. Our house was raided by the DEA and my father was handcuffed and arrested in front of me.

It's wild to see that the same drug he got arrested for is now being sold legally in dispensaries in mutliple states.

My father had once owned houses, a liquor store, and even a nightclub. He was a gifted businessman. But I watched him get arrested multiple times. I will never forget the humiliation of being frisked and walking through metal detectors at the prison in Las Animas, Colorado at age thirteen.

Eventually he was deported. The separation brought deep pain.

He missed birthdays, weddings, and the births of grandchildren. I share this so you can see how drugs and addiction shaped my entire life.

As a young woman I worked hard and went to college. I was self-sufficient early on and even helped my father after he returned to Mexico. In 2008 I experienced my first spiritual awakening, the first of many. In 2009 I committed to the path of holistic healing. I trained at the Colorado School of Healing Arts, became a Reiki master, and was initiated in curanderismo by my Navajo teacher Sofía Chávez and Colorado native Nataline Cruz.

We trained with curanderos and shamans from Cuernavaca, Mexico.

After a romantic breakup I moved to Rosarito, Baja California, where I lived in my father’s beachfront apartment and opened a spa.

I believed I had found the love of my life, only to learn two years after living with him that he was already married. I sold the spa in 2013 and took a position at a luxurious ibogaine rehab on the beach.

I oversaw the holistic therapies, guided morning meditations, gave Reiki, assisted with Ionic foot baths, hyperbaric oxygen, and frequency therapy, and supported clients during their ibogaine journeys. I even assisted Lisa Marie Presley and other high profile celebrities.

I worked with 10 to 13 clients each day, many of them professionals from the United States and Canada.

After an Ibogaine ceremony a young patient told me, “My body no longer needs the heroin, but my mind still wants the drugs.” That moment changed me.

I realized the real battle was in the mind, and it led me to study hypnotherapy.

In 2016 I took my first hypnosis workshop, Spiritual Past Life Regression with the late Dick Sutphen. In 2019 I went deeper and enrolled at the Hypnotherapy Academy of America in Albuquerque, New Mexico. There I studied Clinical Hypnotherapy, Medical Support Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression, regression to the womb, interlife journeys, and I also trained in Dolores Cannon’s Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique.

When COVID arrived in 2020, my life changed again. My grandfather, who was like a father to me, passed away.

I took on the care of my grandmother who was declining with dementia.

That year I also entered an abusive relationship that shook me to my core. When I met him he was a healthy, muscular man. Six months into the relationship the mask came off and he completely transformed. His body wasted away because he would not eat, and he became increasingly hostile and aggressive toward me. I would not tolerate that behavior. He stalked me, followed me to the store, screamed at me in front of my son, and tried to break into my home. I called the police multiple times and finally obtained a protection order after he tried to put his hands on me repeatedly.

I never imagined I would experience domestic violence; I was terrified and shaken. He literally turned into a monster overnight and fled to California when he began attracting police attention. Because of COVID, the protection order hearings were held over video call and the judge issued a permanent restraining order that included a Brady restriction preventing him from owning firearms. He made his anger toward women and toward me clear in court.

At the same time my five year old son was diagnosed with autism, and caring for my grandmother became overwhelming.

A couple of months after the judge’s order his sister called me to inform me that he was killed.

He was on his way back to Denver, CO and I don't feel he had good intentions towards me. He stopped in Albuquerque New Mexico where he was using drugs with a young woman.

He had stolen my truck and exchanged it for a large bag of drugs he showed off to this woman. She called her gang member friends, and they went to go steal this bag of drugs from him.

He was shot four times in the abdomen and died in the parking lot of the hotel where he was staying.

I now see this as divine intervention, It felt like he wanted to end my life.

Violence met Violence that day.

I was still trying to recover from the PTSD this relationship left me with. I couldn’t even stand at the grocery isle next to a man because my body would start to react with fear, my hands would get clammy and all I wanted to do was get far from men. This shook me to my core, I immediately blamed myself for the restraining order, and I knew I needed help with all this emotions that now I had to deal with grief.

During this dark moment of my life I had another layer of awakening, I was awakening through raw pain and grief, but something deep in me wouldn't let me give up.

I began healing with mudras, mantras, meditation, kundalini activations, temazcal, and plant medicine. I promised myself I would choose to learn my lessons with ease and grace, and from that moment on my life changed.

I moved to Arizona to start fresh with my son.

Through these practices I overcame grief, PTSD, and even years of fibromyalgia. I shed layers of shame, guilt, and blame and I was able to forgive and let go.

Soon after we moved to Arizona I noticed my son’s health declining.

He became lethargic, needed a wheelchair, and required help with basic tasks.

After years of searching, doctors finally diagnosed him with juvenile arthritis.

That diagnosis was devastating, but again my practices carried me through.

One of those practices was Kundalini Activation.

it helped me not just managed the grief from my sons diagnosis it also helped me manage food and sugar addiction. For years I battled with emotional eating. At one point I agreed to bariatric surgery, but my anatomy was not the problem.

The true roots were ancestral programming, loneliness, and the exhaustion of raising a special needs child alone. With hypnotherapy and my spiritual practices and galactic intervention, I was able to collapse and heal from those patterns.

I have been initiated by several indigenous lineages and carry medicine from the earth and the stars. I had to remember who I am. Today my son is thriving and healing more every day.

After everything I have lived, I finally answered the call to my life’s mission: to help humanity deprogram from the mental matrix and heal emotional and ancestral wounds, including addiction.

Addiction, trauma, and inherited karma have touched my family again and again. Even right now my brother in law, once a successful man with a beautiful family, is homeless on the streets of Denver.

I am tired of watching families and children suffer. Im tired of seeing lives get destroyed.

It is time to break cycles and free ourselves from the chains of addiction and pain.
